Robertson Leaving Minnesota Sports & Entertainment After 14 Years With Wild

Minnesota Sports & Entertainment yesterday announced that VP/Communications & Broadcasting BILL ROBERTSON is leaving the organization, the parent company of the Wild, after 14 years to pursue other opportunities. Robertson will leave MSE later this month, and the NHL club will reorganize its communication and broadcasting area in the coming weeks (MSE). In St. Paul, Bruce Brothers writes the Wild "lost a fixture" yesterday with the announcement of Robertson's departure. The St. Paul native left the Ducks and Angels in '98 to become "one of the first employees" of MSE. Robertson "won awards for media relations and was one of the key figures for the Wild when the team played host to the NHL entry draft in June" (ST. PAUL PIONEER PRESS, 7/7).
