Overnight Nielsen Ratings: ABC's Celtics-Knicks Leads Easter Sunday Sports Telecasts

ABC's NBA Playoff overnights led all Easter Sunday sports telecasts with Celtics-Knicks Game Four and Heat-76ers Game Four. Sunday’s final round of The Heritage PGA Tour event on CBS earned a 2.0 overnight for Brandt Snedeker’s playoff win over Luke Donald. That rating is down slightly from a 2.1 overnight for last year’s final round, which saw Jim Furyk defeat Brian Davis in a playoff. NBC on Sunday earned a 1.6 overnight for its coverage of Game Six of the Flyers-Sabres Stanley Cup Playoffs Eastern Conference Quarterfinals, up 23% from a 1.3 overnight for the comparable Red Wings-Coyotes Game Six last year. Listed below are overnight Nielsen ratings for weekend sports telecasts on broadcast TV (Austin Karp, THE DAILY).
