Andrew Campagnone Leaving Wunderman To Open His Own Agency

ANDREW CAMPAGNONE has left his position as Senior VP/Motorsports at Wunderman in order to open his own agency, Sports Marketing Consultants. The agency will be based out of an office at Charlotte Motor Speedway and will work primarily on property representation. He plans to represent mostly teams and tracks. Campagnone worked at Wunderman for three years and played a significant role in two of the most significant motorsports deals of '10: AARP's Drive to End Hunger sponsorship of Hendrick Motorsports' No. 24 car and Panasonic's deal to erect the world's largest video board at Charlotte Motor Speedway. He has worked in motorsports for 10 years and previously worked at Dale Earnharndt Inc. as VP/Sales. Wunderman will keep its Charlotte motorsports office, which will be led by CHRIS D'APRILE. The Chicago-based agency has been in NASCAR for 20-plus years. The agency's NASCAR clients include Panasonic, AARP, Burger King, Goodyear and Craftsman.
