Utah State Univ. named ROB RUSNACK Associate AD for Business Affairs. Rusnack replaces JEFF CROSBIE, who took a similar position on the USU campus. Rusnack previously served as Columbia Univ. Associate AD for Budget & Planning and CFO (USU)....Williams College named LISA MELENDY Chair and Dir of Physical Education, Athletics & Recreation. She succeeds HARRY SHEEHY, who left last month for a position at Dartmouth Univ. (Williams College)....Turner Sports named TOM CARACCIOLI PR Manager, reporting to Turner Sports Senior Dir of PR JEFF POMEROY. Caraccioli previously owned and managed his own PR agency (Turner)....London Marathon Race Dir DAVID BEDFORD is "resigning as the London 2012 marathon manager over his 'frustration' at the way the event is being organised" (London TELEGRAPH, 4/5).
