Almost 16% Of Americans Accessed Sports Information On Mobile Devices Last Year

Consumers turned to their mobile devices in growing numbers and frequency throughout last year, according to data from measurement firm comScore. Text messaging led as the top mobile activity with 68% of U.S. mobile subscribers texting, while more than half of Americans took a photo with their mobile device. Almost 16% of Americans accessed sports information on their mobile devices, just above those who said they listened to music.
