Cowboys Lead NFL At The Gate; Buccaneers Attendance Down 25%

NFC teams averaged 67,527 fans per game this season, led by a trio of NFC East teams. The Cowboys topped all clubs with 87,047 fans per game, down 3% from their first season at Cowboys Stadium last year. The team packed the venue to 108.8% capacity for the season. The Giants averaged 79,020 fans per game in their first season at New Meadowlands Stadium, flat compared to attendance from last year at Giants Stadium. The Lions were the only NFC club to see a double-digit percentage jump at the gate (+13.9%), while the Buccaneers were the only team to see a double-digit drop (-24.9%).
