NHL Attendance Flat To Date; Predators Up 12% In Nashville

NHL teams are averaging 16,974 fans per game through Jan. 17, flat compared to the same period a year ago. The Blackhawks lead all Western Conference teams with 21,290 fans per game, up 1.7% from a year ago. The Predators are seeing the conference's biggest jump at the gate, up 12.4% at Bridgestone Arena. Two clubs -- the Stars and Blue Jackets -- are seeing double-digit percentage drops in home attendance. The Coyotes are up 4.1% at Jobing.com Arena, but are only filling the venue to 65.1% capacity. Listed below is team-by-team attendance for the NHL Western Conference through Jan. 17, with comparisons to the same period last year.
