Have Been Deemed Insolvent Or Delinquent

A GOOD WALK SPOILED: Last night's edition of ABC's "SHAQ VS." featured Celtics C SHAQUILLE O’NEAL challenging TNT's CHARLES BARKLEY to five holes of golf at the Monarch Beach Golf Links in California. O'Neal said, “He's the worst golf player on the Internet. His swing is terrible, his form is terrible, but he thinks he can play golf. I know I can get this guy." Barkley said he's seen O'Neal's show but "you haven't won anything. It's called 'Shaq Vs' but you lose all the time. It should be called 'Shaq Loses.'" The wager was if Barkley won he could use O'Neal's jet to fly anywhere he wanted for the weekend and he would kiss TNT's KENNY SMITH "in the corner of the mouth on-air.” If O'Neal won, Barkley had to run a stretch of beach in a pink bikini. Golfer BUBBA WATSON teamed with Barkley while golfer ANTHONY KIM teamed with O'Neal in an alternate shot format, with O'Neal and Kim winning the challenge after a one-hole sudden death playoff. Barkley said of the pink bikini bottom, "Man, I'm not wearing this," and threw it into the water. The episode also saw O'Neal challenge competitive eater JOEY CHESTNUT to a hot dog eating contest in Las Vegas ("Shaq Vs.," ABC, 8/24).
