The MLB Rangers named JAY MILLER Senior VP, effective August 30. Miller was with the Rangers from '83-95 and rejoins the organization after spending the past 12 years with Ryan-Sanders Baseball (Rangers).... The Coyotes have hired JIM BREWER as VP/Marketing & Communications. Miller most recently served as Senior Dir of Marketing for Arizona Technology Enterprises and ASU SkySong (Coyotes)....The independent Atlantic League York Revolution promoted Assistant GM NEIL FORTIER to VP/Business Development and Business Development Dir JOHN GIBSON to Assistant GM (Revolution).
