The Finish Line co-Founder & Chair ALAN COHEN this week informed the company's BOD of his decision to retire as Chair and as a board member at The Finish Line's 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on July 22. Current board member and CEO GLENN LYON will succeed Cohen as Chair (The Finish Line).
