    How will the Vancouver Games be remembered? No one answer emerges. The Games will certainly be remembered for the celebratory nature, as IOC President Jacques Rogge says the event saw an "extraordinary embrace of the entire city." But they will also have a tragic and bittersweet legacy, as the death of luger Nodar Kumaritashvili "remains a permanent stain," which will "remain linked" to Vancouver.
