Armstrong has been with BCG since '86 (SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 12/7 issue)....The IBAF yesterday elected Italian Baseball Federation President RICCARDO FRACCARI as the IBAF's next President, replacing HARVEY SCHILLER. In addition, the IBAF elected new members to the 14-person Exec Committee, including USA Baseball Exec Dir PAUL SEILER (MLB.com, 12/6)....Rio 2016 has hired former N.Y. Gov. RUDY GIULIANI, through his Giuliani Security & Safety firm, as a "long-term security advisor" for the '16 Summer Olympics (NYDAILYNEWS.com, 12/4).
