MEDIA: The Chicago Sun-Times named MLB writer CHRIS DE LUCA its new sports editor, effective immediately. De Luca joined the paper in '96 and has been its national MLB writer since '04. He replaces STU COURTNEY, who left earlier this month to oversee the Chicago Tribune's sports Web site (Sun-Times)....Golf Digest Publications named TOM BAIR VP & Publishing Dir, effective immediately. Bair will be responsible for both Golf Digest and Golf World and oversee all sales and marketing activities for both brands. Bair was named Golf Digest VP & Publisher in June '04 (Golf Digest Publications)....GARY GINSBERG, a "long-time RUPERT MURDOCH confidante," will leave his position as News Corp. Previously, Arbogast served as WNBA VP/Business Development (Learfield).
