Ponturo Management Group (PMG) named Madison Green Agency VP/Business Development RACHEL OWENS to the newly-created position of Dir of Marketing. Owens will be based in the company's N.Y. offices (PMG)....CSL Marketing Group named both RYAN NORYS and SCOTT MCGINN to the position of Dir of Premium Partnerships for the new Giants/Jets stadium suite sales effort. CSL also hired KEVIN MORGAN as Partner & Principal (CSL)....Atlanta-based Next Marketing has hired CYNTHIA BELINFANTI as Manager of Creative Services and SHOJI STARK as Operations Manager (Next Marketing)....All England Lawn & Tennis Club (AELTC) Chair TIM PHILLIPS will step down in December '10 and be succeeded by former Watson Wyatt Worldwide Global Practice Dir PHILIP BROOK. Brook will assume the role of Vice Chair for the next year before replacing Phillips, who has been in his current position since '00 (AELTC).
