The Maple Leafs also named the following: JIM HUGHES Dir of Player Development, STEVE KASPER and ROB COWIE Professional Scouts, SCOTT CARTER, JOHN MCMORROW, FRANK NEAL, PIERRE RIOUX, ROY STASIUK, DAVE STARMAN North American Amateur Scouts and JOE GIBBS European Scout (Maple Leafs)....The Scottish Premier League reportedly will name William Hill Group CEO & Dir of Operations RALPH TOPPING Exec Chair when LEX GOLD retires from the position in the next few weeks (BBC.co.uk, 9/12)....The National Sportscasters & Sportswriters Association (NSSA) named DAVE GOREN Exec Dir (NSSA).
