    It appears the other shoe is dropping for the Arena Football League, as the league within days will announce it is suspending operations indefinitely and entering Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The future of the 22-year-old league has been in question since the '09 season was suspended last December. League execs have spent the last eight months working toward a return in March '10, including the signing of a new CBA as well as developing a new business model.
