ESPN and ESPN2 top all cable sports nets in penetration according to data for July '09, with both nets available to just over 85% of TV users. Most cable sports nets are seeing year-over-year increases in penetration, with Golf Channel seeing the biggest increase in number of HHs (+8.6%). Speed is the only net seeing a year-over-year decline, as the number of HHs with the net is down 1.1% from 72.7 million HHs last July.
