Seigenfeld has led the organization, whose members include Churchill Downs Inc. and NYRA, since March of 1990 (TCP)....The AHL Rochester Americans named TED NOLAN VP/Hockey Operations (Americans)….The ECHL promoted Assistant Dir of Officiating JOE ERNST to Dir of Officiating, replacing BRYAN LEWIS, who will remain with the league as a consultant (ECHL).
