Lopiano To Chair IBAF Committee

The Int'l Baseball Federation (IBAF) today named Dr. Donna Lopiano Chair of the women's baseball committee. The former CEO of the Women's Sports Foundation will work on the IBAF's effort to add a women's discipline to its bid for the '16 Olympics and help develop a committee to oversee the growth of that women's discipline. Lopiano is currently President of Sports Management Resources, a consulting firm based in Easton, Connecticut (Tripp Mickle, SportsBusiness Journal).
