TEAM TACKLE: In S.F., Andrew Ross reported Switzerland-based Capital Dynamics has agreed to acquire HRJ Capital from Pro Football HOFer RONNIE LOTT and former NFLer HARRIS BARTON, and "pay off at least part" of HRJ's $68.9M debt owed to a Silicon Valley Bank.
