High MLB draft picks are wasted on pitchers, history indicates.
Many MLB teams could benefit from bargain-priced Korean talent.

The MIAMI HERALD's Michelle Kaufman writes Seattle is "far more deserving" of an MLS franchise than South Florida, and "anyone who disagrees did not see the Seattle Sounders barge into MLS on Thursday night with a 3-0 thumping of the New York Red Bulls in front of a raucous sellout crowd of 32,522" (MIAMI HERALD).

The BOSTON HERALD's Ron Borges writes of Patriots Owner Robert Kraft, "What a long, long trip it's been. When Kraft bought the Patriots in 1994 you couldn't give tickets away if you included free transportation. Today you can't buy a ticket without a scalper's cell phone number" (BOSTON HERALD).
