Learfield Grabs Marketing, Multimedia Rights For Boise State

Learfield Sports has obtained the multimedia and marketing rights to Boise State Univ. in a deal that will be announced later today. Financials were not part of the release, but the deal goes out seven years with options for extensions. Dallas-based Learfield Sports will have rights to local TV, radio, sponsorship, signage at athletic venues, hospitality, print and Internet beginning July 1, 2010. Learfield owns the rights to seven schools in the Western Athletic Conference and 51 overall.
