What's that sound? It is a collective sigh of relief from the PGA Tour and its partners as Tiger Woods tees it up after an eight-month layoff. The media hoopla and fan support surrounding Tiger's every step are creating a buzz this week in Arizona that has been noticeably absent from golf since last June's U.S. Open. Woods' return is being billed as a "one-man bailout" for golf's fortunes, and the "entire sport seems re-energized."
