BIKE WANTED: In L.A., James Wagner notes cyclist Lance Armstrong Sunday morning via Twitter “sent out a message … detailing a startling revelation." Armstrong, who is participating in the Amgen Tour of California, wrote, "Whoa!! They just came to my room and said our truck was broken into and someone stole my time trial bike." Armstrong a half-hour later "posted a picture of the black and yellow bike, valued at nearly $10,000, and offered a reward." Meanwhile, U.S. Gold Medal-winning swimmer Michael Phelps "also maintains a Twitter account," while Suns C Shaquille O'Neal "sent out a tweet after" Sunday's NBA All-Star Game (L.A. TIMES, 2/17).
