    The long-awaited sale of Dolphins majority ownership is now officially complete, as Stephen Ross closes on a $1.1B deal that grants him a 95% stake in the franchise and the title of Managing General Partner. The news quiets rumors that Ross struggled to finance the purchase due to the economic downturn, but sources indicate Wayne Huizenga allowed Ross to defer some payments to complete the deal.
