Sales Genies: Magic Named NBA's Retailer Of The Year For '07-08
Published January 14, 2009
The NBA has named the Magic as the league's Team Retailer of the Year for the '07-08 season. The team received the award at the 10th annual NBA retail summit held on Monday in Phoenix. League officials pointed to the Magic's 10% per cap sales increase last season despite the lack of a team store in the Amway Arena. The Magic instead sell merchandise through kiosks located throughout the arena.
