Comcast SportsNet Chicago Hires Kustok As Reporter

Jaguars VP/Player Personnel JAMES HARRIS resigned last week, and Jaguars Exec Dir of Pro & College Personnel GENE SMITH was promoted to replace Harris. Though the move was announced as a resignation, Jaguars coach JACK DEL RIO said it was an "ownership decision." While Harris was in "charge of personnel, he didn't have the title or the power" of a GM, and unlike most NFL GMs, he "didn't hire the coach" (FLORIDA TIMES-UNION, 12/25).
