Exec VP/Programming & Networking Strategy VICTORIA QUOSS will now focus on "large-scale net initiatives such as multi-platform development and int'l distribution," while continuing to report to Chair & CEO KEN SOLOMON. The net also promoted Exec Producer LAURA HOCKRIDGE to VP/Original Programming and Exec Dir of Acquisitions & Planning DAVID SCOTT to VP/Programming (CABLEFAX DAILY, 12/23)....Comcast Sports Group (CSG) has promoted VP/Creative Services APRIL CARTY-SIPP to Senior VP/Creative Services, effective January 1. Carty-Sipp will continue to report to CSG President JON LITNER (Comcast)....NASCAR has promoted Assistant General Counsel KAREN LEETZOW to VP & Deputy General Counsel, Chief Accounting Officer SUSAN SCHANDEL to VP & Chief Accounting Officer and PAULA MILLER to VP/Human Resources & Organizational Development (NASCAR).
