Casual Male Retail Group Files Suit Against Curry For Unpaid $41,000 Bill

Casual Male Retail Group has filed suit against Knicks C EDDY CURRY alleging that he has not paid a bill of more than $41,000 from '06. The company said that Curry owes an additional $5,424 in interest on the charges (CHICAGO SUN-TIMES, 12/18)....HRJ Capital Holdings, the hedge fund founded by former NFLer HARRIS BARTON and Pro Football HOFer RONNIE LOTT, is "on the hook" for $68.9M. HRJ drew "much of its capital from Lott and Barton's high-net-worth football pals, and initially focused on investing in 'top-tier' Silicon Valley venture capital funds" (S.F. CHRONICLE, 12/18).
