Kick Off: MLS Playoff Attendance Down 16.6% From '07

Total attendance for the '08 MLS playoffs was down 16.6% from last year's record-setting mark, but up 8.6% from '06. Sunday's MLS Cup at The Home Depot Center, which saw the Crew capture their first-ever title over the Red Bulls, drew an announced sellout crowd of 27,000, but was played before quite a few empty seats.
