Goodyear Taps IMG Licensing As Agent Outside Of North America
Published September 23, 2008
Goodyear has selected IMG Licensing to be its agent outside of North America as it looks for ways to extend its brand in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, said Goodyear Manager of Licensed Products Bob Paciulan. With manufacturing plants in 25 countries, Goodyear seeks to expand on the 70 products it already has licensed and will put a particular emphasis on sporting goods, such as skis, surf boards, sunglasses and performance footwear, as well as casual and performance apparel. The tire and rubber company will also work with IMG to target items such as tailgating accessories, bike racks, GPS devices and more automotive products.
