    One of the most recognized and respected athletes in America is returning to the spotlight, as Lance Armstrong confirms reports that he intends to come out of retirement and race again in '09. Since riding into the sunset after picking up his seventh Tour de France title in ’05, Armstrong has dedicated most of his time to his fight against cancer.
