Blog Hound: Favre Returns...To No. 1 Topic Status In Blogosphere
Published July 24, 2008
Over the past 24 hours, former Packers QB Brett Favre reclaimed the top spot as the most discussed topic in the sports blogosphere. Bloggers are currently discussing reports that Favre allegedly had discussions with Vikings personnel using a Packers cell phone. Hawks restricted free agent F Josh Childress signing a deal to play with Greek team Olympiakos instead of inking a deal with the Hawks was the second-most popular topic. Rounding out the top five were the U.S. Army reversing its decision to allow Lions LB Caleb Campbell to play pro football after being selected out of the U.S. Military Academy in April's NFL Draft; Bears KR/WR Devin Hester's refusal to report to training camp without a new contract; and Tuesday's WNBA Shock-Sparks fight.
