DirecTV's Hot Pass Offered This Weekend At TMS Free On FanView
Published April 4, 2008
Sprint and DirecTV are joining forces to offer DirecTV's HotPass broadcast package on the Sprint FanView for NASCAR fans at the track beginning Saturday at Texas Motor Speedway. HotPass will be available for no extra charge to fans who have purchased a FanView device and activate it at the track or those who rent one. FanView is the application that allows spectators access to real-time stats, in-car cameras and other scanner information as they watch the race in-person. HotPass, which offers four fully produced channels that follow a dedicated driver, has previously been available to DirecTV customers only.
