In Chicago, Lewis Lazare reports Edelman U.S. President & CEO PAM TALBOT is retiring effective July 1. MATTHEW HARRINGTON, President of Edelman's eastern region, will succeed her. Edelman Midwest President NANCY RUSCHEINSKI will become U.S. COO. Meanwhile, Edelman has consolidated its three digital entities into Edelman Digital. RICK MURRAY will be President of the single unit, while DAVID DUNNE will serve as COO (CHICAGO SUN-TIMES, 3/11).

EXECS: The 70th Senior PGA Championship named BRETT STERBA Championship Dir (PGA)....MLS/SUM named JEREMY LISCH Operations Manager and YOLANDA GRANT Finance Manager (MLS)....BETH RICE was promoted to Dragstrip Manager of the Auto Club Dragway at the Auto Club Speedway (Auto Club Speedway).
