MSG Media named KATHRYN KERRIGAN to the newly created role of Senior VP/Sales Planning & Analysis, reporting to MSG Media President MICHAEL BAIR. Kerrigan spent the past seven years at Discovery Communications Inc., most recently as VP/Ad Sales Planning & Analysis (MSG)....The Packers named Saints VP/Football Administration RUSS BALL VP/Football Administration & Player Finance where he will be responsible for negotiating player contracts, salary cap management and other football administration duties (Packers)....Txtstation promoted MICHAEL FALATO to VP/Sales & Business Development (Txtstation)....Learfield Sports promoted GARY SOBBA to Senior VP/Heartland Region and MIKE BEHYMER to the newly created position of Senior VP/Product Development & Strategic Partnerships, and named JEFF TENNANT to the newly created position of Senior VP/National Sales. Sobba had been serving as GM of the company’s Tar Heel Sports Marketing property. Behymer was Senior VP/Heartland Region and Tennant was Senior VP/Sales for Lincoln Financial Sports (Learfield).
