MLS FC Dallas Dir of Finance & Administration DAMON BOETTCHER has been promoted to the newly-created position of Exec VP/Operations.  Boettcher will oversee the operations of both the club and Pizza Hut Park (FC Dallas)....Charlotte Observer Panthers beat writer PAT YASINSKAS is leaving the newspaper to write for ESPN.com.  Yasinskas will be based out of Tampa (CHARLOTTE OBSERVER, 1/6)....Learfield Sports named GRANT GOODMAN, LAURA LAKOWSKE and WALKER SIMMONS as sales analysts for its corporate HQs (Learfield Sports).
