When the Mitchell Report was released on December 13, we knew that would mark just the beginning of weeks of denials, questions about the report's credibility and Congressional inquiries, and now things are starting to heat up. Roger Clemens, who denies the  allegations in the Mitchell Report, has been invited to make his case before a House committee, which is also moving forward with its hearing the day before including George Mitchell, Bud Selig and Don Fehr.  Meanwhile, Clemens has filed a defamation suit against Brian McNamee; IRS agent Jeff Novitzky has “turned his focus toward" Clemens; and Mike Wallace garners mixed reviews for his interview of Clemens on "60 Minutes" last night.
