    The sale of the Dolphins is "probably off," according to a source involved in the sale, who says Wayne Huizenga holding onto the team was a condition Bill Parcells insisted upon before agreeing to become the team's VP/Football Operations. ESPN.com is reporting Parcells has signed the four-year deal. Parcells backed away from a similar offer from the Falcons yesterday, and a reported minority ownership stake in the Dolphins may be one thing that set Huizenga's offer apart. The turn of events continues a joyless run this season for Falcons Owner Arthur Blank.
