    Bill Parcells will not be joining the Falcons as VP/Football Operations and is considering a revised offer from the Dolphins. This comes after Parcells told the N.Y. Daily News today he did not think there would be "any major hangups" for him to accept the offer from Falcons Owner Arthur Blank. Blank said in a statement he met with Parcells this morning to complete the contract, but "he later informed us that he would not be signing a contract with us."
