Comcast Promotes Bill Bridgen, Ted Griggs To Run Two RSNs

Comcast made a couple of moves to sure up two of its RSNs. The company named BILL BRIDGEN Exec VP & GM of Comcast SportsNet New England and TED GRIGGS VP & GM of FSN Bay Area. Bridgen, who left Comcast' s affiliate sales group to focus on the company's RSN business in July, is replacing DAVID WOODMAN, who is leaving the network next month to "pursue other career opportunities," Comcast said. Meanwhile, Griggs has been acting GM of FSN Bay Area since March, when JEFF KROLIK left the channel to join Fox Sports. Both execs will report to CSN President JON LITNER.
