The London Marathon is looking for a new title sponsor, as Unilever, which sponsors the race through its Flora brand, will end its 14-year partnership after the ’09 event (London TELEGRAPH, 12/6)....Bridgestone Golf has signed PGA Tour player Charles Howell III to an endorsement deal. Howell will play with Bridgestone balls and clubs, wear the company’s glove and carry a Bridgestone bag. The company’s logo will also be on his cap and shirt. He will play a “new line of irons that hasn’t been unveiled.” Howell, who had been with Callaway since turning pro in '00, joins Fred Couples and Stuart Appleby, among others, with Bridgestone (ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 12/7)....Mets SS Jose Reyes will appear on the cover and serve as the official spokesperson of Take-Two’s “Major League Baseball 2K8” (Take-Two).
