On The Farm: Minor League Baseball Attendance Up 2.7%

Minor League Baseball once again set an all-time attendance record in '07, marking the fourth straight year of record-breaking attendance. Total attendance for the 15 leagues was up 2.7% to 42.8 million. For the eighth consecutive season, the Sacramento River Cats led all of affiliated Minor League Baseball in attendance, drawing 710,235 fans over 71 games at Raley Field (10,003 per night). The following presents attendance totals for the 15 leagues of Minor League Baseball, with comparisons to '06 (Minor League Baseball).
