Blank Opening Chain Of Falcons-Branded Physical Therapy Centers
Published September 17, 2007
Falcons Owner Arthur Blank’s management and investment company AMB Group is launching a chain of Atlanta Falcons Physical Therapy Centers, with the first center scheduled to open next month outside Atlanta, according to Tim Tucker of the ATLANTA CONSTITUTION. AMB Group Business Development Dir Dan Gordon said that the centers will offer “physical therapy and sports rehabilitation services to the public.” North Gwinnett High School has chosen the Falcons’ centers as the school’s “official provider of athletic training and physical therapy services,” and AMG said that “discussions continue with other schools and sports teams, as well as with businesses and hospitals, about potential partnerships.” Gordon said that the “focus will be on opening centers within a 90-mile radius of Atlanta.” Tucker noted the new centers will join Blank's business lineup, which in addition to the Falcons, includes the AFL Georgia Force, the Falcons 365 retail stores and the Mountain Sky Guest Ranch in Montana (ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 9/16).
