Roughriders Roll: CFL Franchise Seeing 18.4% Attendance Jump
The CFL is averaging 28,911 fans per game at the midpoint of '07 regular season, up 3.6% from the same period a year ago. The Roughriders, with the CFL's best record, are seeing the biggest increase in attendance, up 18.4% to 27,457 fans per game. The Eskimos continue to lead the league in average attendance, while the Lions are tops in total attendance. The Alouettes may continue to rank at the bottom in attendance, but have sold out 75 straight home games at Percival Molson Stadium.
