Magic Tap HOK Sport As Lead Designer On Downtown Arena
Published August 6, 2007
HOK Sport, Walter P. Moore, and Smith Seckman Reid will design the Magic's new 750,000-square-foot downtown arena, with HOK taking the lead on the project, according to David Damron of the ORLANDO SENTINEL. HOK is already working with the Nationals and Twins to “meet eco-friendly building standards on their new venues, a major concern with the downtown basketball facility” (ORLANDOSENTINEL.com, 8/3).
