IMG Tabbed To Sell Naming Rights For Real Salt Lake

Real Salt Lake has hired IMG to sell the naming rights for its new stadium.  Dave Checketts, whose SCP Worldwide owns the MLS club, sits on the IMG BOD.  The sales effort will be led by IMG Senior VP/Olympic Sales & Marketing Gary Pluchino.  The team hopes to get a minimum of $1.18M annually for the naming rights, according to conservative financial projections filed with Salt Lake County last December.
