(ISC) promoted VP & CMO ROGER VANDERSNICK to Senior VP/Marketing & Business Operations; ISC VP and Talladega Speedway President GRANT LYNCH to Senior VP/Business Operations; and VP/Sales & Media DARYL WOLFE to VP & CMO.  Talladega Speedway promoted VP & GM RICK HUMPHREY to President, replacing Lynch (THE DAILY)....Celtics Exec Dir of Basketball Operations DANNY AINGE will add the GM title.  The team opted not to replace former GM CHRIS WALLACE, who left the team last month to become GM of the Grizzlies (BOSTON HERALD, 7/4)....The Royal Canadian Golf Association (RCGA) named SCOTT SIMMONS Exec Dir.  Simmons served as RCGA Dir of Marketing & Communications for seven years before leaving in '00 to work in the brewing industry.  Simmons succeeds STEPHEN ROSS, who left the RCGA "amid controversy last March" after 18 years (Toronto GLOBE & MAIL, 7/5)....The Univ. of South Carolina named Stanford Univ. head athletic trainer JOHN KASIK Dir of Sports Medicine, replacing ROD WALTERS (CHARLOTTE OBSERVER, 7/4)....PGA Tour player CARL PETTERSSON has joined the Foundation Board that oversees the Wyndham Championship as its player rep (Wyndham Championship).
