CBS Corp. has invested in TicketReserve (CBS Corp.)....The Glorypark (TX) City Council unanimously approved a $135M deal to bring stores, apartments, offices, hotels and other attractions to a $479M entertainment district being developed by Rangers and Stars Owner Tom Hicks and Steiner & Associates (FT. WORTH STAR-TELEGRAM, 6/6)....The Michigan Court of Appeals rejected the Lions’ bid to lower the property tax the team pays for its HQs and training facility. The property was assessed at about $24M; the team argued that was "at least $5[M] too high" (DETROIT NEWS, 6/7).
