BUY & SELL: AMERICAN SKIING CO. has agreed to sell Maine resorts Sunday River and Sugarloaf/USA to Michigan-based BOYNE USA for $77M and the assumption of $2M in debt and liabilities, “passing on a competing bid from its former [CEO] LES OTTEN.” American Skiing has sold all five of its New England resorts since December for a combined $421M.
